Conditions: the price quoted includes up to 40 miles travel per vehicle including travel to and from our base at Coombe Bissett, price quoted excludes sundays & bank holidays. to take advantage of our special price, bookings must be made and 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT paid a minimum of 90 days prior to the wedding, and within 20 days of reservation,. offer ends September 2010, travel must be taken prior to 30th December 2010, extra mileage charged at £1.10 per mile per vehicle, excludes bank holiday weekends.

Salisbury to Heathrow Airport Special offer:
conditions: price includes one collection point. price quoted is for one way travel bookings made and paid for in advance. weekday price avaliable between 8am and 6pm. offer ends August 30th 2010

Night out Special offer:
price quoted is for sunday to thursday inclusive, during the months of August & September 2010, the offer is not available at this price outside these dates,Bank Holidays & public holidays are excluded. Friday & Saturday nights will incur an extra charge of £25. price includes upto 30 miles of travel, and assumes the journeys will all be taken between 6.15 pm and 12 midnight on the same day. an extra charge will be made for additional mileage, and travel outside the stated times. price quoted is for booking recieved 14 days or more prior to travel, and paid in full a minimum of seven days prior to travel.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Important changes have been made to cancellation charges, you are advised to read them!

Vehicles:
We reserve the right to change any car booked as long as we provide the same standard of car.
The Company reserves the right to sub contract to other companies, in the unlikely event the need should arise.
Invoices/Account Charges:
account holder Invoices will be sent out on a daily basis and payment is respectfully requested within 15 days. We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per month or part thereof on all over due accounts. Returned unpaid or represented cheques will incur an admin charge of £25.00
Accepted methods of payment:
Payment by non account holders may be made by cash, cheque, or most major credit & debit cards via Paypal in advance (a surcharge of 2.5% is added for card payments) . For advance bookings, more than 14 days ahead, we usually request a 20% deposit and the balance no less than seven days prior to the datre of travel.
Any unforeseen extra charges, for example waiting charges, must be made in cash or by cheque supported by a bankers card, at the end of the journey.
Fuel Costs
Due to sharply rising and unpredictable fuel costs, we reserve the right to add a fuel surcharge to any quoted price issued more than 30 days prior to travel.
Booking/Cancellation Charges:
All bookings must be paid in full before the travel commences, unless stated otherwise.
Any additional charges will be settled at the end of the travel.
A 20% non refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation, payable with 7 days of our confirmation.
All bookings will be charged 100% if cancellation is within 3 days of the date of the hire or
50% charge if within 7days of the date of the hire.
All other cancellations will be charged at 20% once reserved for more than seven days.
reservations may be cancelled for up to seven days after booking at no charge provided the date of travel is ten or more days from date of cancellation.
Rebooking charges:
Clients who wish to move the date and or time of their travel, may do so subject to availability, Hunts of Salisbury try to give their clients the best possible flexible service, but reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £12 per car if given notice seven days or more prior to travel. Rebooking with less than seven days notice may be subject to cancellation charges as set out above.
No Smoking:
We operate a non smoking policy in our cars.
Passenger Behaviour:
We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone that causes disruption, or endangers our drivers or passengers.
Delays:
We do not accept liability for delays caused by unavoidable traffic delays/accidents, bad weather conditions, or delays caused by third parties such as ferry companies, hotels or any other third party contracted on your behalf.
Waiting charge:
In the event of clients being delayed, or requiring Hunts of Salisbury employees or vehicles to wait (except for airport flight delays as detailed below) a standing charge will be levied at a rate of £25 per hour or part thereof per vehicle or employee.
Flight delays:
Clients will understand that where flights are delayed beyond half an hour, additional charges will be incurred. This will be at the rate of £30 per hour or part thereof all
inclusive. Where delays are greater than two hours, clients should contact our
reservations department as soon as possible. Rebooking will be on availability only.
There are no refunds for cancelled flights.
Complimentary refreshments:
We may from time to time provide complimentary items for consumption, including bottled water and confectionary. Customers who have food allergies are advised not to consume these items.
Responsibilities:
We hold public liability, motor and business insurance and are responsible for all our own cars and drivers.
We do not accept responsibility for any theft or damage to goods except where such theft or damage was a direct action by one of Hunts of Salisbury employees.
We do not accept responsibility for bodily injury, sickness or death to any other person except where such injury, sickness or death is caused directly by a Hunts of Salisbury employee.
